Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of A K Gupta & Co, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
A K Gupta & Co provides business consulting, financial advisory, and related professional services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate engagement letter for each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
- Cooperate with our reasonable requests and provide timely responses
- Make payments for services rendered according to agreed terms
- Use our advice and recommendations responsibly and at their own discretion
Fees and Payments
Our fees are based on the scope of services provided. We will provide a fee estimate before beginning work. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service from which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and tools developed by A K Gupta & Co remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables specifically created for them.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
